What if I fail anyway?▾
Email your official failing score report (FAA Airman Knowledge Test report, EASA result slip, or DGAC TAE result) to hello@rotatepilot.com within 14 days of the test date. We refund $200 to your card in 5 business days via Stripe and extend your access another 30 days. You keep everything you have learned, including the study guide PDFs.
What counts as passing? Who decides?▾
The FAA, EASA, or DGAC decides — not us. We use whatever the official body printed on your score report. We do not grade you, we do not argue about it, we read the document. Passing scores are: FAA Knowledge Tests 70%, EASA written 75%, DGAC TAE Operational Level 4.
How do I know you will actually honor this?▾
It is a Stripe refund — I (Renzo, founder) cannot fake it, Stripe processes the money back to your card. If I refuse a valid claim, you chargeback and win. What is the completion requirement to qualify for the refund?▾
You must log in at least 10 separate days during your 90-day window and complete at least 3 full-length mock exams. This is logged automatically in our system, no self-reporting. If you never used the product, no refund. If you used it consistently and still failed, the refund is automatic on proof of a failing score.
Should I do this or the $39 Bundle?▾
If you are a self-directed studier with time and confidence, the $39 Bundle covers all 5 tracks for 60 days and is the smart pick.
