Rotate provides aviation education tools including ATPL theory lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, and career resources. Content is available in free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Educational Disclaimer

Rotate is a supplementary study tool. It does not replace formal flight training, ground school, or instruction from a certified flight instructor. Always verify information with official regulatory publications (FAA, EASA, DGAC).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design on Rotate are owned by Rotate and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rotate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content for aviation decision-making.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Rotate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
